DESCRIPTION:KCRFU FINANCIAL AGM NOTICE  \nRepresentatives from our member clubs are invited to attend the Annual Financial General Meeting\, which will be held at the Holiday Inn\, London Road\, Wrotham Heath\, Kent TN15 7RS on Tuesday 10th December 2019 at 7.00pm for the purpose of transacting the following business:  \nAGENDA  \n1. To receive the Company’s Financial Statement for the year ended on 30th June 2019 and the Auditors’ report thereon and to make any suitable order in respect thereof.  \n2. To hear any other relevant financial matter for the consideration of the County Committee during the ensuing year\, but on which no voting shall be allowed.  \nAccounts will be  available for inspection at the meeting. \nPlease register your attendance by emailing the Kent County Office. office@kent-rugby.org \n  \nThis meeting will follow the Financial AGM for KCRFU Executive members only. \nKent County Executive Committee Meeting 10th December 2019 @ 7:00 pm. \n  \n
