This application form must be completed and submitted no later than 4 weeks before the festival is scheduled to take place.
For all events involving minors, all club volunteers (coaches, First Aiders, managers, etc.) that are responsible for the Festival or Tournament must have a valid DBS. The DBS must be in force at the time the application is made and for the duration of the tour/event.
Any club wishing to run a festival, league or tournament for players aged U12 to U18 must obtain prior permission to do so from the KCRFU Youth Committee, in line with RFU Age Grade Regulation 15.9 and associated guidelines. Club accreditations that were current prior to March 2020 have been extended until further notice.
