This season’s Kent County Mini Festival will take place across 10 host clubs on Sunday 29th March 2026. Thousands of excited young players — along with their enthusiastic supporters — will be travelling across Kent to celebrate a brilliant day of rugby.
*Polite Reminders*
• The clocks change on the weekend of the festival, so please plan your journey with this in mind.
• Be considerate of local residents when parking and travelling to and from each host club.
• Mini rugby is all about fun — please help us create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for every child.
• Entry fee: There is a £2.50 entry fee for all adults attending. This helps host clubs cover essential festival costs.
• Dogs: Please check your host club’s policy on dogs before attending.
• Cash/Card: Some clubs may be cash‑only or have limited card facilities — worth checking in advance.
*Team Names & Refereeing*
• When submitting team names, please avoid using numbers or letters (e.g., 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C).
• Following feedback from club officials, each team is asked to provide a ‘person in the middle’ to referee half of each match, unless your host club has arranged alternative referees.
• This approach helps reduce pressure on volunteers and ensures matches run smoothly and on time.
