In line with Kent RFU’s recent announcement regarding a new Girl’s and Women’s pathway, the newly formed U20s coaching team is inviting :

1. Previous U18 Kent County players,

2. Club nominated players between the ages of 18 and 20 who have not previously represented the Kent County at U18 level.

We are therefore asking for 2 nominations of players in your club, who have not yet representation in the U18 Kent County Women’s team, but who you believe possess the right credentials to play at County standard. Sessions will take place in the Christmas and Easter Holidays so that those players attending tertiary education will be able to attend.

The nominee(s) must display an advanced level of ability in their chosen position, have an advanced level of ability in rugby’s basic skill requirements (passing, catching, tackling etc) as well as a ‘super strength’.
