Kent County RFU are pleased to once again support the XV Aside Coaching Performance Day in partnership with ‘Coach Centered’, following the success of previous years.

The event takes place on Saturday 27 June 2026 at Sir Joseph Williamson’s Mathematical School, Rochester, and is designed to provide coaches with an engaging and thought-provoking day focused on performance growth, reflective practice and positive coaching behaviours.

The programme includes a mixture of interactive sessions, walk-and-talk reflective scenarios and practical discussions aimed at helping coaches develop ideas and approaches they can apply immediately within their own club or school environments.

The course is accredited with 2 CIMSPA CPD points and includes refreshments, course resources and post-course synthesis activities.

As part of Kent County RFU’s continued commitment to coach development, the first 50 Kent club and school coaches can access the course at the subsidised rate of £49.99 + VAT per person — a 45% discount on the standard course fee of £89.99 + VAT.
