This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving community club and work alongside a highly experienced and supportive coaching team.

We’re looking for someone who is:
– Eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative coaching environment
– RFU Level accredited (minimum Level 2 or working towards it)
– Committed and available to attend training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings
– Confident in leading matchday operations on Saturdays, including team prep and in-game decisions
– Comfortable with reviewing Veo match footage and providing constructive feedback to players
– Proactive in recruiting new talent and retaining existing players, helping to build long-term success

Location: Beckenham, South East London
Start Date: Pre-season 2025 (flexible)
Compensation: Matchday expenses, access to RFU CPD, club kit, and full support for ongoing development.
