Dartfordians RFC is looking for 2 coaches to join the senior men’s coaching group ahead of the 2023/24 season, the club’s centenary year.

The club runs 4 men’s teams and trains Tuesdays and Thursdays

We’d hope applicants would already have a coaching qualification (ERCA/ERACA or equivalent) and be looking to progress in their practice.

Players wishing to make the transition to coaching are also welcome to apply – we have RFU Level 2/3 Educators/Mentors in the group who could support you. As part of this we’re already exploring tailored roles within the existing player group to further their development.

The roles are remunerated dependent on previous rugby experience
