• Proven experience in coaching rugby at a senior level.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A deep understanding of modern rugby tactics and techniques.

• A passion for player development and a commitment to creating a winning culture.

• Relevant coaching qualifications (Level 3 preferred).

• The ability to create and implement effective training programs.
