  • Have previous knowledge of the game, either in a playing or coaching capacity, ideally in the senior rugby environment
  • Be prepared to support the development of Old Gravesendians players – across all skill levels and abilities
  • Have a desire to develop and enhance the skillset and performance of the Old Gravesendians 2nd team – ensuring a consistent playing style is applied across both 1st and 2nd teams.
  • Have the drive and ambition to support and at times lead club training sessions.
  • Have the ambition to develop as a coach in a senior rugby environment.
  • Have undertaken a DBS check – or be prepared to do so

Interested candidates may be invited to attend a club training session to understand the ethos of the club and to gauge their suitability for the role.

Old Gs is an inclusive club and aims to provide equal opportunities. Applications from candidates from all backgrounds and abilities are encouraged, with all applicants being considered by the selection panel of Club Chairman and Head Coach.
