Thanet Wanderers RFC are recruiting a Junior Director of Rugby to help lead and develop our thriving youth section.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape the future of the club — supporting coaches, building our player pathway, and creating the best possible environment for young players.

Our junior section is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact.

🔵 The role includes:  

• Supporting coaches across age groups (U6–U16)  

• Developing our player pathway into Colts and senior rugby  

• Helping recruitment and community engagement  

• Working with the senior club leadership team  

🔵 We’re looking for someone who:  

• Is passionate about youth development  

• Enjoys supporting and mentoring others  

• Has strong organisation and leadership skills  

• Believes in positive, inclusive rugby environments  

You don’t need to be an expert — just motivated to help young players thrive.
