If your club wishes to run a mini rugby festival or tournament you must first seek permission from KCRFU Mini Chairperson, as stated in RFU Regulation 15.9,  no later than 4 weeks prior to the festival date and your club must have completed the Safeguarding Audit successfully. Please ensure that all requested contact details are correctly completed and that the third party First Aid provider’s details are also entered to prevent the application from taking longer to process.
