LESSONS FROM THE FIELD PROMOTE RUGBY VALUES

The Kent County Rugby Football Union is pleased to announce a new partnership with Lessons from the Field — a children’s book series that uses stories related to Rugby and its culture to help young players build confidence, resilience, teamwork and a deeper connection to the game.

As part of this collaboration, all Kent clubs can access an exclusive 10% discount on Rugby: Lessons from the Field using the code KentRFU10.

When purchasing, buyers can also enter the name of their rugby club, helping us understand engagement across the county.

This initiative is aimed particularly at our Minis and younger age groups, brothers and sisters, supporting coaches, parents and volunteers in reinforcing the values that make rugby so special.

Post-launch, the County will work with Charlie Hartley, the author of the books, to provide some dates for clubs to listen to the ideas behind them and Charlie’s desire to promote positive life values.

The CB encourages all clubs to share the link with their Minis sections and wider membership.

If your club would like to join one of the upcoming video calls, once arranged or has any questions, please get in touch using the contact form on the link.
