Game Management System (GMS)

What is GMS?

The Game Management System (GMS) is the central source of participation information throughout the game of rugby in England. Provided by the RFU, it contains a host of useful and evolving features to support the administration and development of the game.

Important administration tools

  • Fixtures, results, competitions – Record your activities in competitions at all levels, from the Premiership to merit tables and youth rugby
  • Qualifications – All RFU accredited courses and qualifications are entered, administered and viewed in the system. See how many people have completed a Rugby Ready course and decide what they may need to do next.
  • Safeguarding – Everything you need to keep on top of DBS responsibilities.
  • Filters / Export / Bulk Upload / Reporting – A tool to help you manage and update your club data.
  • Assign roles – Give permissions and share responsibility for administering your club.
