Kent County RFU is pleased to promote an exciting coach development opportunity with Lou Meadows, USA Eagles Women’s Attack & Transition Coach.

Taking place at Aylesford RFC on Monday 9 November, this practical and interactive session will focus on kick transition, helping coaches develop a better understanding of the game and build confidence in their coaching practices.

Delivered by Coach Centered, the session will explore how coaches can:

• Understand the principles of kick transition.
• Design purposeful and effective training practices.
• Develop players’ decision-making skills.
• Apply insights from the international game to their own coaching environments.

The evening will combine theory, applied practical learning and a Q&A session, providing coaches with ideas and resources they can take back to their clubs.
