2. All teams should please be on site at least half an hour before your first game. There will be  a briefing session (for coaches and referees) at 10.40-10.45 in the OCs clubhouse. If you cannot, or do not arrive by then (perhaps as you have a later first kick-off) do not worry as we will be content to update your club individually. It would, though, be good if someone from your team can be there by 10.30ish in readiness. If you are running late or have other issues on the day then call mobile: 07786 666348.

3. Old Colfeians RFC will be providing external medical coverage for the pitches. However, it should be stressed that this is in addition (not instead of) you having a designated First Aider accompanying your squad. The addresses for the two nearest A&E departments are:-

4. In accordance with County regulations all cars will be expected to pay £5 entry as will spectators arriving on foot (on a common sense i.e. per family, basis). From past experience please can I urge you to tell parents in advance so they cannot tell the people on parking duty that they didn’t know!! This simply causes delays and unnecessary aggravation for all concerned.  OCs say that “Parking on the day could be busy, but parking is available on local roads, particularly Cambridge Drive, Weigall Road and Horn Park Road”. Consequently, we recommend allowing a little more time to park up and arrive, as well as to car share where possible.

5.  We are asking clubs to provide referees.  If you have someone with you who is willing to act as a referee for more games please do let us know.

6. All girls will receive participation medals.
