Kent Rugby RFU are running a CPD – Cue Recognition And Initiative Decision Making(delivered by Coach Centred)- Session Objectives:

• The 3-stage learning process and its implications on your players
• Understanding cues and their impact on practice / game design
• Creating problem solvers and how this influences your coaching approach

This will be a mix of indoor content and tasks, with practical application and reflection.
