The RFU’s Impact ‘25 Coaching & Match Officiating Project Team are pleased to be delivering two community Women in Rugby Union: Coaching & Officiating Conferences during the 2024/25 season. 

Any active female coach or referee who qualified within the last few years, or is currently completing their qualification, has been invited to register for their free place and has been encouraged to bring along any woman at their club who might be interested in becoming a coach or referee too.

The RFU are also holding, for the first time, a High-Performance Women in Rugby Union: Coaching & Officiating Conference at Burleigh Court in Loughborough on 24th January. This is open to women who have completed or are completing their Advanced Coaching or Refereeing Awards or who are working within the pathway or performance space. This conference has also been opened to our friends in the Home Unions, and we’re delighted to be able to welcome representatives from the IRFU, WRU and SRU along too.
