Applications are now open for the Inspire Leadership Programme. The programme is aimed at women aged 20-25 who are involved in rugby union, and who might currently be leading or looking to lead in the future. Applications close on Sunday 12 October. Participants will hear from female leaders in a series of online sessions and attend an in-person leadership day, developing their strengths and building resilience and confidence to take on leadership roles in rugby.
Open to 20-25-year-olds, Inspire is a programme for young women to develop their strengths and build resilience and confidence to take on leadership roles in rugby that make a real difference. On the programme you will be inspired, hearing from female leaders across a series of online sessions and attending an in person session.
Applications close on 12th October 2025, with programme delivery beginning in November 2025.
