What to expect:

The session will include structured coaching drills led by experienced coaches, followed by live contact games, giving players the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and abilities.

What to bring:

Players should arrive with full rugby playing kit suitable for contact rugby on a grass pitch, including boots and a gum shield.

Eligibility: Players aged 18–23 (including those who turned 23 from September 2026).

Registration forms will be completed on arrival, so please allow sufficient time before the session starts.
