RFU CENTRE’S OF EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME

Following the recent assessment days held at the newly formed Centre’s of Excellence (CoE) we are very pleased to report that we had confirmation from the RFU that the following Kent U18 girls have been selected to participate in this new programme which this year replaces the Divisional Pathway Programme. 

These girls have been allocated to the Richmond RFC CoE and will be actively participating in a programme that will involve up to 10 hours of dedicated coaching time each month over the next 12 month cycle and will undoubtedly allow these players to  further develop their skills and encourage them to bring these skills back to the County and their individual clubs.
