Kent Rugby is pleased to announce that preparations are underway to form a Kent U20 Women’s squad for the upcoming season.
This new representative team will be built primarily from players who have featured in the County U18 squads over the past two seasons and who remain age-eligible for the U20 programme.
In addition, we are actively inviting nominations from club coaches across the county who believe they have players with the skill, commitment, and character to perform at this level — particularly those who may have previously missed out on County selection but have since developed and proven themselves in club rugby.
This is an exciting opportunity for players to progress within the County pathway, showcase their talent, and challenge themselves in a high-performance environment that bridges the gap between youth and senior rugby.
Further details regarding, training sessions, and fixtures will be announced in due course.
Eligibility: Players must be under 20 years of age on 1st September 2025.
Nominations: Club coaches are encouraged to submit nominations including player name, date of birth, position, and a brief summary of playing background and achievements.
