As announced in our recent information sendout, we invite your 4 club representatives to our next round of Club Cluster Forums. Building on the success of our inaugural ‘Zoom’ meetings we will be updating all clubs and sharing concerns and best practices. We hope to see more of our clubs at one of these locally-focused events, and together help each other during these challenging times for rugby.
Once again the forums will be led by your local Cluster Leads, with a member of the Kent RFU Executive joining the meeting. We suggest that you attend your designated cluster forum to assist with the volume of attendees on the online meeting, however if you are unavailable for your designated cluster forum you are welcome to join another forum. To register your attendance on any of the forums, please send an email to the Kent County Office with your Name, Club and Role and state which Forum you are attending. The office will then forward you the appropriate Zoom link to join the meeting. Ideally we would like 2 members of your board and 2 from the playing side of your club. Please note that we have a designated Women & Girls Cluster on 21st October.
