The Kent County RFU Awards Dinner, held on 22nd May 2025, at Ashford International Hotel, welcomed a record 212 attendees from member clubs across the county. The annual event, hosted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Kent teams in both league and knockout competitions, proved to be a memorable evening for all involved.
Among the honoured guests were Shaunagh Brown, who earned 30 caps for England’s Red Roses and RFU President Rob Udwin, who both added a touch of prestige and inspiration to the celebrations.
This year’s dinner was generously supported by our long-standing county sponsors, Shepherd Neame, who kindly provided complimentary drinks for the welcome reception. We extend our sincere thanks to them for their continued support of this important event in the Kent rugby calendar.
It was fantastic to see so many clubs come together, reinforcing the strength and spirit of community rugby in Kent. Events like this are vital in keeping grassroots rugby alive and thriving. A heartfelt thank you goes to all the clubs for their continued support and for joining us in celebrating the game we all love.
