Level 3 clubs and below will, by Friday 19 February, receive information from the RFU advising of a new loans scheme designed to support urgent infrastructure requirements.

The  Rugby Union Winter Survival Fund Loans Scheme draws on Government funding, with applications from clubs being for defined projects, such as clubhouse improvements (especially for social spaces and revenue generation, changing room upgrades, and to provide to-up funding to projects, where fundraising is already under way).

Clubs are invited to express to the RFU a non-binding (top-up) indication of interest, by no later than Thursday 25 February.
