
The Kent U16 girls’ team is formed from girls who are in school years 10, and 11 to further qualify girls need to either play their rugby in Kent or live in Kent. The season starts with a two-stage trial held in early January/February, the trials process culminates with the selection of a squad of players who are then required to attend training sessions led by the County coaching team.
The Kent ERDPP U16 girls’ team is formed from girls who are in school years 10 and 11 and to further qualify girls need to either play their rugby in Kent or live in Kent.
The season starts with assessments held in the early part of the season, and this process culminates with the selection of a squad of players who will receive twelve training opportunities throughout the season, from these sessions we will select players to play for the county against other counties in festivals
