Coaching Vacancy – Men’s Head Coach Southwark Rugby (Central London) – Counties 3 Surrey Part-time (Training and Match Days)
Southwark Lancers are looking for a new men’s coach to take us into the 2026/27 season and beyond!

Who we are

• • We are a young club based in Burgess Park in Southwark.
  • 2 Men’s XV’s playing in Counties 3 Surrey and Kent Merit Leagues, with a thriving pathway in our Academy and Minis & Juniors youth sections

Who we are looking for

• An enthusiastic coach to lead and develop both men’s teams and facilitate transition from our age-grade academy
• RFU Level 2 or higher coaching qualifications preferred
• Availablity for weeknight training and Saturday matches

• Remuneration depending on experience and qualifications
• Support further coaching qualifications for the right candidate
