The Academy supports boys and girls aged U16-U18, with training taking place on Wednesday evenings and matches on Sundays. Coaches would be expected to attend regular training sessions and fixtures, with some additional preparation and review activity outside these times.

The programme provides coaches with access to a well-resourced environment, including match analysis technology, player welfare support and coach development opportunities.

Applications are welcomed from both male and female coaches. Previous experience coaching players aged 15-18 and relevant coaching qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential. All successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check and relevant safeguarding requirements.

Both volunteer and paid opportunities are available across a range of coaching roles.
