We know how keen clubs are to kick start rugby activities and are preparing for the return to rugby. If you were granted CLUB APPROVAL to include named players into your adult training and playing activities this will continue to be valid until the start of the new season. At present the RFU are doing a lot of work on Age Grade regulations for 2020-21, especially in the light of COVID. Additionally, our RDOs currently remain furloughed. The 2020-21 Regulations would normally be released in August 2020.

We have therefore made the decision not to process any Club Approval Forms until those new regulations have been released. Should you have players who you wish to include in adult training you need to complete a PLAYER APPROVAL FORM online here .

In the interim, new Safeguarding guidelines have been issued and the DBS application process will resume from 1st July. Please read the DBS News report here .
